Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express.
Is the shipping free?
Yes, all of our items will be shipped free of charge.
Do I need to pay customs charge when the item is shipped from the UK to a European Union country?
Yes, you may be required to pay customs fee when importing, dependent on value of the item and the HS codes i.e. If the item is antique it will have a different HS code. Most countries have a reduced import VAT for such items.
How fast will I get my item(s)?
We process shipments from Monday to Friday between 12-5pm GMT and orders are generally shipped in the same day as it was purchased or on the next working day. Once shipped orders should arrive within a week for locations outside Europe and within 2 to 3 days for orders in Europe.
Customs issues might lead to items not being delivered on time. Our team will do their best to assist you if that happens but the situation might be out of our control and you will need to contact customs directly.

How do you price the items? (condition, artist etc.)
Our team does thorough research on the price ranges for prints based on a wide variety of factors. We take into consideration global market price, popularity of artist, desirability of a piece, and uniqueness of the item.
Some items may be the same artist and same image but will show a different prices due to other factors such as condition and edition.
Can I pay in instalments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer payment in instalments.
Do you offer vouchers?
Yes, we offer a variety of vouchers from £10 to £1000, that can be purchased via the website.
Do you buy items?
Yes, after evaluation we do buy items for an offered price. Clients will then have the option to sell at the offered price directly or consign the item to JG Auction with a reserve of the offered price.
How do you acquire your items?
Items are sourced globally by our team of specialists.
Can you acquire a particular item for me if I request it?
Yes, in most occasions we can acquire requested items. If you cannot find the item you are looking for on our website, we may have it in our vast offline catalogue or source the item externally.
If you are interested in this service, please email us with the image of the item in question. Our team will be in contact to inform you of our stock or provide a financial estimate to acquire the item.
Can you tell me the provenance of a particular item?
We do keep records of where items are sourced from such as the Vever Collection. However, we are unable to provide provenance for all items due to privacy and GDPR practices. If the item is from a notable a collection, we will make this clear on the description of the item.
