We accept payment by American Express, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit in a number of currencies.

For Online Orders delivered to the UK, we only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling. If you choose to pay using a payment card with a foreign currency-denominated account for an international delivery, the payment will still be taken in UK Pounds Sterling. We are not responsible for any incurring fees that your bank may charge you while the conversion takes place. The currency rate is displayed as a guide only. The final amount you will be charged will depend on your payment provider.

Shipping information

Orders placed through Japanese Gallery Kensington are processed Monday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm GMT (excluding bank holidays) and are shipped 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorisation and verification.

 

All orders are shipped using DHL Express service and rates are based on the shipping destination. All rates also include insurance.

Packaging information

We pack your purchased items with care and get it to you as fast as we can. Our packaging for shipment includes individual acid-free plastic sleeves for each item and 3 backing boards to support the artwork, all shipped in a water-proof padded envelope.

You can purchase our items online and pick them up at our gallery in Kensington.

By Taxi – Explain to the driver to go to Kensington Church Street on the corner of Vicarage Gardens.

By Tube – Notting Hill Gate (Central, Circle and District Line) Approximately 7 minute walk from the station. High Street Kensington (Circle and District Line) Approximately 7 minute walk from the station.

By Bus – The following buses run along Kensington Church Street. – 9, 10, 27, 28, 49, 52, 70, 328, 452, C1 Get off at the bus stop closest to Kensington Church Street, Sheffield Terrace.
